Prepare your artwork and build a 12-inch-wide DTF gang sheet for printing with Perfect Print. Follow these steps before placing your order.

1. Prepare your artwork

  • Use a transparent-background PNG whenever possible. JPG/JPEG and WebP files can also be used in the online builder.
  • Set the artwork to the exact size you want printed at 300 PPI.
  • Keep fine lines at least 0.02 inch thick so small details can print cleanly.
  • Do not mirror the image. Check the design for unwanted backgrounds, shadows, glow, and soft edges.

2. Choose a sheet length

The gang sheet is 12 inches wide. Start with 12 × 12 inches or choose a longer length for multiple designs. Leave space between artwork pieces and keep every design within the print area. The builder shows the current sheet size and price as you arrange your artwork.

3. Arrange your designs

Upload the images, size each one for the garment, then duplicate and position them on the sheet. Review the entire layout before adding it to your cart. Check spelling, quantity, transparency, and the dimensions of every design.

4. Place your order

Open the DTF gang sheet product page to review the details, then launch the builder. Add the finished sheet to your cart and complete payment online. Local pickup is available in Southgate when offered at checkout.

Heat press settings depend on the transfer, garment, and press. Read the DTF pressing instructions and any directions supplied with your order before applying your transfer.
