Refund & Artwork Approval Policy

Because Perfect Print products are customized for each order, please review your artwork, personalization, quantities, and product options carefully before submitting payment.

Custom Orders & Refunds

Printed custom products are final sale and are not refundable because they are made specifically for the customer.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order before production begins, contact Perfect Print as soon as possible. Cancellation depends on the order status. DTF order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders cannot be canceled after production has started or materials have been used.

Customer Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of artwork they submit. Before ordering, confirm that your file:

  • Is high resolution; about 300 PPI at final print size is recommended for raster artwork.
  • Uses the correct dimensions and proportions.
  • Includes required bleed and safe margins when applicable.
  • Has no unwanted background, hidden elements, spelling errors, or layout mistakes.
  • Contains artwork you have the right to use.

Print-Ready Files

Customer-supplied print-ready artwork is printed as submitted unless design or file-preparation services are requested. Low-resolution artwork, incorrect sizing, spelling mistakes, and other customer-file issues may affect the finished product.

Color & Production Variations

Exact color matching is not guaranteed. Screens, inks, materials, coatings, and print processes can produce normal color or finish differences. Minor trimming, alignment, material-texture, and color-density variations may also occur during production.

Proof Approval

If Perfect Print provides a proof, review the artwork, text, colors, sizing, and layout carefully before approving it. Production may begin after approval.

Reprints for Customer File Errors

Perfect Print does not provide free reprints for errors contained in customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork, including spelling mistakes, low resolution, incorrect sizing, improper bleed, incorrect colors, or incorrectly exported files.

Artwork Ownership

By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they have permission to use the graphics, images, fonts, logos, and designs included in the order.

Turnaround

Production time begins after payment and any required artwork approval are complete. Standard production takes 2–7 business days. Shipping transit time is additional. Product-specific or same-day options may have different requirements and availability.

Agreement

By placing an order, uploading artwork, or approving a proof, the customer accepts the applicable product details and policies shown on the Perfect Print website.
