Refund & Artwork Approval Policy
At Perfect Print, every item is custom-made for each customer. To ensure clarity and protect both parties, the following policies apply to all orders placed through our website, in-store, or through any of our design tools.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final once the order is placed. No cancellations, refunds, or returns are offered for custom products.
Customer Artwork Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for the quality and accuracy of any artwork submitted. Before placing an order, customers must verify that their file:
- Is high resolution (300 DPI recommended)
- Contains no overlapping objects, hidden layers, or items placed outside the artboard
- Includes correct sizing and proportions
- Has proper bleed and safe margins when required
- Is free from spelling errors or layout mistakes
Perfect Print is not responsible for printing issues caused by customer-provided artwork.
Print-Ready Files Print As-Is
Perfect Print does not edit, correct, or adjust customer artwork unless a paid design service is requested.
All files are printed exactly as submitted.
Color Variations & Accuracy
Exact color matching is not guaranteed. Variations may occur due to:
- Differences between screen display and print color
- CMYK printing limitations
- Ink and material variations
- File color profiles not set to CMYK
These differences are normal within industry standards.
Print Production Variations
Minor differences may occur during production and are considered acceptable, including:
- Slight shifts in trimming or cutting
- Minor alignment variations
- Material texture variations
- Small color density changes
These do not qualify for reprints or refunds.
Proof Approval (When Applicable)
If a digital proof is provided, the customer must review and approve it before production begins.
Once approved, Perfect Print is not responsible for any errors within the proof, including color, layout, text, spelling, or sizing.
No Reprints for Customer Errors
Perfect Print does not provide reprints for issues caused by customer-provided files, including:
- Spelling or grammar mistakes
- Low-resolution images
- Incorrect sizing
- Improper bleed or margins
- Overlapping or misaligned elements
- Incorrect colors or profiles
- Files exported incorrectly
Artwork Ownership
By uploading artwork, the customer confirms they own full rights to all graphics, images, fonts, and designs provided.
Perfect Print is not responsible for copyright violations caused by customer submissions.
Turnaround Time
Production time begins only after artwork approval and payment are received.
Delays in customer approval will delay completion.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun or materials have been used.
Agreement to Terms
By placing an order, uploading artwork, or using the design tool, the customer agrees to all policies listed above and approves their artwork exactly as provided.
